Construction of approximately 2,500 linear feet of 28 ft wide crushed stone roadway with graded ditches and six reinforced concrete stormwater pipes with flared end sections. Also included is construction of approximately 2,400 linear feet of 24-inch sewer force main, 560 linear feet of 6-inch sewer force main, 1,250 linear feet of 8-inch water main, and 1,000 linear feet of 2-inch water service line. Sewer force main and water main construction includes bore under existing concrete effluent channel. Mass grading consists of filling the existing, drained, lagoons. Mass grading also includes site preparation and fill for the future WWTF construction.
